During this training Tim van der Vliet will take you into the Wim Hof Method. You will experience the breathing exercises, mindset/focus training and optional cold exposure.

This is a highly transformational experience.

Tim gives you tools to positively influence your autoimmune system, improve your energy level, get your body strong and flexible and get more focus. This awareness improves the balance between body and mind. Every participant will also receive various tools to help them with the journey afterwards. Tim is trained by Wim Hof personally. Get inspired and learn new things during this transforming event.

This is the program :

Day 1 Start with the 3 pillars, who is Wim and what is the Wim Hof Method Setting benchmarks First long breathing round Testing Benchmarks Science and Physiology WHM and Q/A Short breathing round Integration – Relaxation Optional ice bath Q/A and Closure

Day 2 Optional ice bath Q/A First long intermediate breathing round (Power breath) Science and Physiology WHM and Q/A Short advanced breathing round Integration – Relaxation Optional ice bath Q/A and Closure

We will provide lunch. Please eat light beforehand.

If you have no prior experience with cold exposure, we recommend you finish your showers cold in the days leading up to the workshop. This may be overwhelming at first, but just try to relax, focus on your breath, and bring it into a controlled, steady rhythm. This is not a necessity.

WHO IS THIS WORKSHOP FOR? This workshop is suitable for everyone, but does require a basic level of health. Out of precaution, we advise against participation during pregnancy, or if you are epileptic. People with cardiovascular issues, or any other serious health conditions should always consult a medical professional before starting the Wim Hof Method.

BETTER NOT TO DO THIS COURSE IF YOU – are pregnant, – suffer from epilepsy, – have Raynaud second degree, – suffer from extreme cardiovascular illnesses or heart attack risk – have a very high blood pressure

Trainer: Tim van der Vliet is a teacher, author, runs the option desk at a hedge fund and is a father of 4 children. Apart from a healthy lifestyle he has learned how breathing properly helps him feel calmer, be healthier and cope with stress better. And even that he can influence his auto immune system and alkalize his blood through breathing and cold training. This comes in handy in his busy, but no stress, lifestyle. Tim has been trained personally by the world famous Wim Hof (aka ‘The Iceman’) whose techniques for mastering the mind-body connection are being studied by scientific institutions around the world.
