A simple ritual to nourish and strengthen the Body, to calm the Mind and to find more Clarity.
Dragon Dance Yoga (a slow Yoga Flow made by Paul and Suzee Grilley) + cooling, calming Yin Yoga
Savasana + Silent meditation
Matcha is served as raw cake and tea or latte after practice. Enjoy cake and beverage on your yoga mat in silence, or hang out, meet people, chat, listen and share before we all head back out into "the real world" and all the everyday noice. But with body and mind calm and strong, feeling grounded, well and good.
During the practice we will also tap into simple and accessable breathwork, to enhance the effect of the yoga and meditation practice.
The Dragon Dance sequence is slow movement, creating a lot of heat in the body and strengthening arms, legs and core muscles. Created by Paul and Suzee Grilley as a Yang Yoga supplement to the Yin Yoga that Paul is famous for. A yoga sequence with movement reminding us of Tai Chi. The Dragon being a symbol of power, strength and good luck in Chinese mythology.
Come as you are. Practice what makes you feel good, leave the rest, as they say. Meaning you can always pause during practice, we never have to do it all. As long as what we do is doing us good.
